How do I schedule an appointment? Schedule your appointments by contacting direct to Spa Blend (760) 318-9100, leave a voicemail, or dial 107 from in- house phone & leave information for your preferred time and day. Due to limited space, please call soon as possible!
What do I wear to the Zen room? Wear what you are comfortable wearing. Please remove jewelry before arriving.
How should I pay? Pay by cash or credit after the services are rendered in the spa Zen room payable to Spa Blend. No in-room charges available.
Do you have a sauna or manicure/pedicure/waxing/barber or hair salon? No but we have many local recommendations.
If I have a massage, will anyone else be in the room? If you schedule for one person only, then only one person will be receiving a massage with one massage therapists. Our Zen room is private.
Is massage available in my room? Not in your room at the Ivy- we designed this special Zen room so that you can enjoy the amenity and are set and ready for you to enjoy.
Cancelled and missed appointments Your time commitment begins once you reserve an appointment. Please consider your schedule carefully. There are times when a cancellation or reschedule is necessary. As a courtesy to all guests, please schedule in advance. We like to schedule time in advance so that our focus is clear and our intentions with energy healing is of significance and makes a memorable impression with providing the best massage possible from our heart-to-hand.
Do you do outcalls? We have all our equipment designed for mobile massage ready to travel throughout the Coachella Valley, blending a true spa experience in the comfort of your home.
Do you have chair massage available? We provide the equipment to do chair massage by the pool for families and special events.
